I had to take a color personality test when I joined Student Senate where I basically had to answer multiple choice questions, add up my total points for each color and it told me I had a "gold" personality meaning I was a traditionalist who likes rules basically. But I took a very similar color test online just now at truecolorscareer.com and it said I have a primarily blue personality with gold as a close second.
" BLUE - You are a Helper
Congratulations, you are a primary Blue. Your communication style creates peace and harmony in the workplace. As a Blue personality you are gifted with tremendous people skills. Your complete color spectrum is shown above.
You have a strong need to make a difference in the lives of other people. This strength is immediately noticeable in the way you make heart felt connections and bring out the best in those you encounter. People usually feel relaxed and comfortable in your presence.
You love to build self-esteem and make others feel good about who they are. You can easily motivate and inspire people to make changes in their lives and reach their potential. This natural talent makes you excel as a counselor, teacher, social worker and journalist"
Very interesting the way personality tests analyze us and how our answers can change even in less than a year.
I just googled "color personality quiz" and got some of these tests as results.
The first quiz that popped up was pretty interesting. It was Colorquiz.com and it only takes about 5 minutes or less. It wasn't quite what I was looking for. Basically, you click on colors in whatever order you like and based on this, the site gives you an analysis of your personality and current mood. My results were actually surprisingly accurate considering I just clicked the colors I liked the most. Psychology is a crazy thing, huh? It was actually pretty interesting and took almost no time though, so I highly recommend checking it out.
The next test I took was on http://www.testcolor.com and was very similar to the previous one except that there were many other colors to choose from and multiples of each color, so it takes a little longer, but the results are much more in depth breaking down your personality into various categories and percentages. The site gives explanations so that you you know what those terms and numbers mean. I feel that my results were actually pretty accurate on this test as well. This site also has a mood test based on color selection and a love test! The love test actually looks really interesting. It has each partner select colors independently and then, compares the results to let you know how compatible you are! If I were in a relationship, I would definitely try it just for kicks.
